Hytale: Upload World
If you have a Hytale world that you’ve been playing on locally and you’d like to upload it to your Hytale server at DatHost, this guide will walk you through the process step-by-step. By following these instructions, you'll be able to continue playing on your world with friends or other players using DatHost's server hosting.
Locate Your Hytale World
Before uploading your world to the DatHost server, you need to locate the world files on your computer.

- Open the Start Menu and type
%appdata%into the search bar. Press Enter. - Navigate to the
Hytale/UserData/Savesfolder. - Open the
savesfolder. Here, you'll find a list of all your Hytale saves. Each save will have its own folder. - Once inside, you will find your save inside the
universefolder. This includes your world and your players.

- Click Edit on your Hytale Server and then File Manager in the left menu

Locate the current world folder (usually named
universe, and delete it(Make sure to back this up if you want to keep it). - 4

Drag & drop your world folder into the
hytalefolder of the File Manager. - 5
- Reboot the server
If you just want to upload your world, or your players, only upload that specific folder into the universe folder of your Hytale server

- Upload Limitations: If your world is very large and you encounter issues while uploading, consider using an FTP client like FileZilla to upload the files in smaller chunks. DatHost supports FTP connections, and using this method can help with larger worlds.
