CS2: How To Become An Admin
A general misunderstanding is that Valve has a built-in server admin functionality for CS2 servers. Unfortunately, this is not the case. However, with the help of mods, this is something that can be achieved anyway.
Become a CS2 Server Admin

- Go to your Control Panel at DatHost and Click Edit on your CS2 Server.

- Go to Mods & Plugins page found in the left menu.

Enable MetaMod & CounterStrikeSharp.

(Optional) Enable the
Admin Commands plugin to get access to various chat commands, such as
!map,!kick,!adminhelp.

- Navigate to the Admins tab at the top of the page.

Add yourself as admin by the button
Sign in through Steam, or enter your SteamID64. You can find your SteamID
here.

- Done! Now, Save and Reboot the server for the admin right to apply.
