Billing: Download Receipt

All your purchase receipts from DatHost will be accessible when logging in to your account. To find and download your receipts, follow these steps:

Go to your DatHost Control Panel

Go to Billing found in the top menu and then Receipts

Click View on the receipt you would like to download and a new window will open.

To download it as a PDF: Click Ctrl/Cmd + P on your keyboard and select Save as PDF as the destination.

Common questions

Q: Can you send the receipts as a PDF to my email?
A: Unfortunately not. The only way to access your receipts is through your DatHost account from the Receipts page.

Q: The receipts don’t contain all the information I need. How do I update my information?
A: Head over to the Billing - Payment Method in your DatHost Control Panel and fill out the information you want on your receipts. The updated information will be visible on future receipts. Contact us here if you need updated information on previously issued receipts and we’ll help you further.
